Each berth includes two designated parking stalls (for licensed vehicles only) and a secure upland storage locker, with plenty of additional parking for guests. Though no berths are currently available, inquiries are welcome for future consideration. Maximum home size is approximately 24 x 36 feet (depending on the berth) with a two-story maximum, and must be built on a concrete barge with positive flotation.
