Canoe Pass Village is a ‘5 star‘ floating home community with 43 unique strata titled properties. The community is located near the mouth of the most southerly arm of the great Fraser River, in Ladner, BC.

British Columbia Nautical Residents Association
The British Columbia Nautical Residents Association works to preserve and support the tradition of living aboard one’s vessel; promote environmental awareness among liveaboards, and serve as a voice for liveaboards regarding activities that affect BC waterways.
