Marina WesDel

Marina WesDel is located on the south arm of the Fraser River in a quiet, serene region known as Canoe Pass. We love to be outside enjoying our community, on our decks or along the picturesque dykes that border our homes.

Canoe Pass Village

Canoe Pass Village is a ‘5 star‘ floating home community with 43 unique strata titled properties. The community is located near the mouth of the most southerly arm of the great Fraser River, in Ladner, BC.

The Creek Marina

Granville Island - Sea Village Marina

Sea Village joined Granville Island in 1979 when the floating-home marina was moved from its previous location in Coal Harbour.

Fisherman's Wharf Float Home Village

Maple Bay Marina

Cowichan Bay Marina

Cowichan Bay is still a working harbour shipping lumber worldwide and home to an active fishing fleet that brings salmon, tuna, crab, and prawns to her docks. The village has an extensive marine services infrastructure. The residents of Cowichan Bay are a large part of its unique charm. 'Locals' include a vibrant, eclectic, group of individual water dwellers occupying floathomes and liveaboard vessels.

Westbay Marine Village

Westbay Marine Village is different from any other on Southern Vancouver Island. We are proud to be able to offer long term leases in the only fully serviced legal floating community on the island. Residents of Westbay's expanded Marine Home village live right on the water at Victoria B.C.'s Inner Harbour, just minutes from the attractions of downtown stores, restaurants and theatres.

British Columbia Nautical Residents Association

The British Columbia Nautical Residents Association works to preserve and support the tradition of living aboard one’s vessel; promote environmental awareness among liveaboards, and serve as a voice for liveaboards regarding activities that affect BC waterways. The float home community, located in the beautiful Scarborough Bluffs, is the only one of it’s kind in Ontario, Canada.

Sausalito Floating Homes Association Inc.

The Floating Homes Association is a volunteer civic group which represents the interests of the residents of the 400+ homes in five floating home marinas on Richardson Bay.

This not-for-profit association represents floating homes in Seattle, Washington.

Bridgeton Neighborhood Association

Dating to the early 1900s, Bridgeton was once a thriving fishing and farming community. The Bridgeton neighborhood of today continues to be a unique and viable assortment of floating homes, condos, historic homes, and businesses.

Alameda Floating Home Association, Alameda, California

The Alameda Floating Home Association (AFHA) was formed in 1989 to serve as a voice and support network for the residents of the floating home community at Barnhill Marina on the Oakland estuary in Alameda, California.
