Board of Director Nominations
Nominations for board members are accepted prior to the Annual General Meeting. Only members in good standing (paid membership dues the previous year) who agree to have their name put forward for a board of director position can be considered. Nominations for the 2023 AGM will be accepted in the spring of 2023.
The Floating Home Association of BC bylaws states that the Society must have a board of directors consisting of a minimum of five and a maximum of nine members. Directors are elected to a two-year term. A member must have been in good standing in the previous membership year in order to be eligible for election or appointment as a director.
